Description: Hi loves! Hope you all are doing well and staying safe! I've missed you all! Here's a randomish video where I am letting you guys in on the details of a fear I have had for as long as I can remember. I suffer from emetophobia which is the fear of throwing up. I know this is an irrational fear and nothing will happen when I do throw up however it has been a mental and physical battle. And on this day I decided to take the steps to overcoming this once and for all. Even though I didn't film the actual therapy I tried my best to share my fear and what happened during this process.
