Description: I recently moved down to Gandy's beach until my tiny home is all finished. While down there we were told to evacuate due to a hurricane Isaias coming. We ended up leaving and but one couple (Jack and Selma) stayed and captured this footage during the storm! The entire street flooded and they were stuck there until the tides went back down!
