Description: Get the map of control theory: redbubble.com/shop/ap/55089837 Download eBook on the fundamentals of control theory (in progress): engineeringmedia.com This is a fun video that was inspired by a presentation I saw at the 2015 International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA). I wanted to see if humans could duplicate the performance of a robot at ICRA that was balancing a ball on top of a rotating platform. I hope you find it entertaining and informative! I got a huge amount of help on this video from Kristi Bradford. She did all of the cinematography and editing for this video. Not only does she do a lot of work in film but she also designs spacecraft instruments for studying icy satellites like Enceladus. Super cool! Check out her website: public.asu.edu/~kjbradfo Errata: None yet that I know of! But let me know if you spot something!
