P0132 - Primary heated oxygen sensor (primary HO2S) Sensor 1 Circuit High Voltage. The heated oxygen sensor detects oxygen content in the exhaust gas. The reading is sent to the vehicle's computer, or ECM. The ECM controls the fuel injection, or air / fuel mixture. The sensor is made up of a zirconia element.
