Description: Here I show you how to test a trickle charger, more specifically Sunway solar trickle charger off Amazon , but the concept is the same for other trickle chargers for your car. you need to make sure there is a higher battery voltage than what's on your battery in order for there to be a transfer of amps from the charger to the discharged or weak battery. I knew how to check this because the owner of the school in the link below was my college automotive teacher and he taught me basic electrical haha. Funny story relating to electrical class at Gtcc, Grant (Gearhead School owner) and everyone in automotive would call me Mt Dew. The basic electrical class was one of the hardest exams in the program, and a certain amount of kids would fail, and you needed that course to continue the program, on electrical exam day I brought a cold 2 liter Mountain dew from sheetz and I scored the highest on that exam.
