Description: Tomato blossom end rot can be an annoying problem but it is easily prevented. The main cause is a lack of calcium and erratic watering. Adding half a teaspoon of Dolomite lime to a watering can and watering with this once a week will give the plant enough calcium and a good amount of magnesium too which tomatoes need. This along with a regular watering regime should keep the problem away.
