Description: Twitter has added a feature to their app that allows users to capture and create their own animated GIFs! Watch this video to learn how to make your own GIFs on Twitter. #TwitterGIFs #GIFMaker First, make sure you’ve updated your Twitter app to the newest version. Then, open Twitter and tap the new tweet button. Now tap the camera icon. At the bottom, select GIF. If needed, you can tap the lightning bolt to turn your flash on or off, or tap the camera in the top rigt corner to switch between your device’s front and back cameras. Now, hold down the shutter button to capture your GIF. Recording will automatically stop after about 1 second and your animated GIF will be created. If you aren’t happy with this recording, you can tap Retake in the bottom left corner to try again. You can have your GIF loop forwards and in reverse, or just loop from the beginning. Tap the right arrow to have it loop from the beginning, or the double arrows to have it loop forward and backwards. When you’re done, tap Use GIF in the bottom right corner. Now your GIF creation will be attached to your tweet, and you can continue writing and posting your tweet as normal. That’s all it takes to create your own GIFs on Twitter.
