Description: INGREDIENTS: 1. Ground Beef- 1 kg (2 lbs) 2. Fat- 200 gm 3. Bread- 200 gm 4. Salt- 4 tsp 5. Coriander- 6 tsp 6. Garlic- 1 head 7. Egg- 1 ############################## DIRECTIONS: 1. Make ground beef mixed with FAT by a food processor (Or buy ready ground beef from your local butcher or store. Make sure they make it specifically with 20% of FAT). 2. Use your blender to make breadcrumbs mixed with garlic. 3. Spread the ground beef in a tray and put salt, coriander, mixed bread and garlic and crack an egg on top of it. 4. Mix them very well, kinda you are doing a dough. Do it at least 10/15 minutes. 5. Put the meat in a fridge for at least 30 minutes or so… You can also leave over the night you need to. 6. Once your fire is almost ready, skewer the marinated ground beef as shown in the video. 7. Put your skewers on the fire and start turning within 15 seconds. Once both sides of skewers are sturdy enough, you can turn accordingly. 8. If you see open fire, move the skewers away from it. 9.
