Kvass video: youtu.be/k1UTJKBMvgc Mead videos: youtu.be/n9aj1UTchuo youtu.be/t2UdBymDjwk Ingredients (for whole container): 5kg sugar 20L water 5kg malt extract 50g yeast Ingredients (for much smaller container) 500g sugar 2L water 500g malt extract 20g yeast Instruction: thoroughly clean your container. you will need one that withstands pressure. mix water, sugar and malt extract. in cup, mix yeast with small amount of sugar until turns liquid. add yeast mix to rest of components. let mix sit at room temperature for 24h with air release valve. after that, close container tight and let sit for 7-14 days. drink.
