They've got more things they need to fix before this issue, lol. ] After finding Skippy you will be given a set of choices that will lead to a couple of possible outcomes. If you want to end up with the mode that will automatically target the head for the majority of your playthrough then you’ll need to pick the “Puppy-Loving Pacifist” since Skippy will decide to change back to the “Stone Cold Killer” mode after you maim 50 individuals. Normally if you choose to start with the “Stone Cold Killer” mode Skippy will decide to switch it back to “Puppy-Loving Pacifist” mode after 50 kills. But if you want to retain the head-shot ability of the “Stone Cold” mode you could place the PAX weapon MOD on him which will permanently lock it into head-shot mode forever, but it will also prevent Skippy’s story from progressing any further.
