Description: I didn't mention how I fertilize my blueberries in that last orchard video and the question keeps popping up so I thought I'd take a minute and answer it. Although, the answer may be simpler than you thought. All I use to fertilize my blueberries and other orchard trees for optimal growth and production is layers of mulch and time. The key to growing healthy and productive fruit trees and shrubs is to create an acidic soil environment and to do that, we need to invite the fungi in. The way to do that is to layer with plenty of carbon material year after year, just like nature does in the woods with leaves and branches.
