An advanced flexibility move where your legs are perfectly straight and your back is close to parallel with your legs, and you grab your ankles. This is a move seen in contortion, yoga, dance/ballet, rhythmic gymnastics, and acro. It's actually not so much "back flexibility" - as it requires balance, stability, arm mobility, and glute strength. Stretch-wise, it's mostly shoulder, arm, pelvic/tailbone, and hip flexibility.
