Description: In this video I explain how to do a slow and spinny forehand loop. This is a shot you can use to attack a backspin ball. But instead of playing with speed or power, you focus on a very spinny contact and a higher arc over the net. Some players find this difficult to return and will often block or drive the ball off the end of the table. The slow and spinny forehand loop can also be used to set up a more direct and powerful attack. You loop, your opponent blocks back and then you drive the ball for a winner. The demonstration in this video is from Martin Gray, a very experienced British league player. --- LIKE MY COACHING VIDEOS AND WANT MORE?
