Description: #SoSomeoneAskedMe How long will It take if we could WALK to Saturn? I will first classify this as a theoretical question. Okay we first have to make some assumptions. Assume: There’s a straight road connecting the earth to Saturn, you are able to walk continuously 24/7, and gravity on the road is the same as earth’s. Those are some insane assumptions, and there’s going to be more assumptions as well, but again, this is a theoretical question, so let's come up with a good, theoretical answer. The distance between earth and Saturn is, on average, 1.6249 billion km. Not even far. So if the average walking speed is 1.4m/s, how long will it take to get to Saturn? That means it will take, about 36800 years to walk there. Yeah... Okay just for added bonuses, let's see what happens if we get there in a different way. Running? Assuming a speed of 3m/s, that means we’ll get to Saturn in about: 17172 years. That’s still insane. What about by car? Assuming a speed of 100km/h by car, and an endless supply of gasoline and car lifespan, well get there in about 1855 years. We still won’t get there before we die of old age. By jet? (257.05 m/s) 200 years. As you can see, even if we travel by jet over this road, in this VERY theoretical scenario, we still cant get there within our lifespan! That goes to show how far Saturn really is. Well thats a bummer. This is why we need wormholes. I hope you enjoyed this short yet fun and informative video. Now it’s time for you to ask your burning questions in the comments below. If you’re lucky and I choose your comment, I will make a video based on your question. Good luck, and see you in the next video. Youtube series - Visiting Planet Vacation Spots: youtube.com/watch?v=iVoHOFkDWe4&list=PLIPds5ZP7zEACtxkqjed3No4HG6oELqOT&ab_channel=AryanNobakht
