People always say that grief isn't linear and that getting over heartbreak takes time. I thought that I could distract myself from the pain I was feeling, but what I learned is it's a lot more complicated than that. I decided to take the last few weeks off to gain perspective and come back in a better head space. I'm finally starting to feel better after stopping negative habits and letting myself spiral; I hope that this video can help anyone who is also healing from heartbreak, a breakup, betrayal or loss.
