This house was occupied for the first time by someone else other than original owner. The house was built in 1967 and left in original condition since. When I painted the walls in this house during it's spruce up two years ago I was painting over the original paint job. While dated, the house is in great condition. I love this house and glad to see it was taken care of....for the most part. I'll be back next week working on the $9,000 house. Thank you all for all your viewership.
