Check out my "Live Streamed Videos" playlist here youtube.com/playlist?list=PLrIzGV25YD__EboJRxNeHYowY136sOjsO PIZZA DOUGH 2 C warm water 1 tsp granulated sugar 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast 3 Tbsp olive oil 4+ C bread flour 2 tsp salt Add the yeast, sugar, and warm water to a mixing bowl with a dough hook and let bloom for 5-10 mins Add the olive oil and blend add 3 C of the bread flour and mix until smooth add 1/4 C of flour at a time and mix until the dough has cleaned the sides of the bowl - it will be different depending on the altitude and humidity - it's about getting the right feel - don't add too much flour! knead another 5 mins in the mixer or by hand Cover your mixer bowl and let the dough rise for 1 1/2 hours (or if hand kneading add the dough to a greased bowl and cover) Knock down your dough and pull out of the bowl divide into 2 and roll out two 12 inch rounds PIZZA SAUCE 8 oz tomato sauce fast easy bread pizza seasoning amzn.to/3ayGzrb BAKING Place a pizza stone in the oven, preheat to 425 Top with your favorite sauce, toppings and cheese Bake 7-10 mins until the center is cooked through PREBAKING I like to prebake for 6 mins add topping then bake the rest of the way so the toppings and cheese doesn't get over baked STUFFED CRUST roll out a little wider than normal. rip the cheese sticks in half and lay around the pizza about 1 inch in brush the edge with water wrap the dough around the cheese sticks and press down top and bake as normal (brush the edge with butter/oil and herbs if you want) PIZZA BRAID Roll into a triangle add the filling down the center third, cut the outside thirds into strips take the bottom 2 strips and pull up and press down and repeat with the top 2 strips - this helps hold everything in starting on one end start braiding, left/right left/right until you get to the end (brush the top with butter/oil and herbs if you want) bake as normal CALZONE divide the dough smaller for this - roll into a circle top half of the circle and fold the dough over to create a half circle pinch close (I like to use a little water to help seal use a knife to cut slits and brush with oil or butter, sprinkle with herbs CHEESY BREAD roll out, brush with butter and herbs sprinkle with cheese (mozzarella and Parmesan is my choices) bake like normal PIZZA KNOTS roll out and cut into strips.
