Description: Heavy Bag + Weights + Krav Maga = All in 35min Workout with Roy Elghanayan ! Sometime we just have A LOT going on. That's when you get your workout in less than 35 minuets. In this video you can see all the different exercises and drills I did in one workout. The workout doesn't take longer than 35min. Each set of wights is repeated 3 times. In even set I hit the muscle 15 times and reset 3 times. My rest time in between is ONLY 30 seconds. The last 5 min of my workout: hit the heavy bag for 45 seconds (full power and speed) rest 15 seconds and repeat 10 times.
