Description: NEW Workout Program! hunterchiltonfitness.com Hi guys! This week my training split was all over the place so I ended up doing my leg day trainings on different days and out of order. This left me with ending my training week with a glute focus workout! All the exercises I did in this workout were based off everything else I had already done in the week in my other sessions. Since I had already hammered my quads and hamstrings this week I focused my glute session on targeting my glutes primarily in their shortened position, besides the sumo squats which I did to get more wide stance work in! Although this workout seems very simplistic, it is actually a great workout with the perfect amount of volume for a glute focus workout. Especially if you train glutes multiple times a week (which you should at least twice for maximum results!). You don’t need to do crazy long or confusing workouts to get a good session in! Choose the right weights, focus on form and contractions, and you’ll be good to go!
