Description: getting back 2 business. getting productive. amping up the self care. looking after my wellbeing and setting boundaries! Hey :) it's been 3 months!!! I'm nervous to post this lol. Many life updates to come, and of course many more videos. I hope you've all been doing well :) Needed to take some time 4 me amidst grief & lots of changes (all will be explained in a video when the time is right, but I'm okay) I know this video has a funny tone but I hope it helps some of you get out of some of those "funks" or blocks that get in the way with working on our passions. All jokes aside, depression isn't fun but I've found that doing things each day really helps me be more in my love than fear. Also wanted to mention that having your life "together" doesn't mean being productive or working really hard. I guess for me it means being mindful of yourself, looking after yourself, working from the heart rather than from pressure and taking steps towards your dreams and ambitions. I did a lot of self care work which I didn't show a heap of in this video (I feel this was more work focused) but lots of being gentle, moving through grief and being vulnerable :) I wanted to say that I am so grateful for this platform. You guys have given me a lot and constantly meet me with unconditional love. It knocks my socks off to be a part of this community and to see you guys always helping each other out in the comments section, making friends etc. It is so wholesome and you all make being an "influencer" so heart centred and special for me, so thank you.
