Description: I'll never forget the first time Aziza told me about having a V-steam, I remember having so many questions and did a hell of a lot of my own research and watched countless videos of other woman's experiences and despite it all, I still could not have anticipated just how incredible it would be for me, and has been every other time I've done it. Without going into too much depth what I would say is, along with it having incredible health benefits in regards to your womb's wellness, the act itself can be that of an emotional and spiritual experience too, and I'd recommend it to any and every female to try it, but would also suggest that you do a bit of your own research in finding suitable spa's that offer them (Unfortunately they don't have any that I'm aware of in the UK) so if you're over in the States, you guys are some lucky sods lol! V-steaming is a universal practice that women have used since ancient times and is proving to be a worthy gynecological self-care tool. As more and more women try steaming it has shown to help with an array of concerns from cramps to infertility problems to fibroids, I mean the list goes on. One of the things that makes v- steaming so amazing is that it's extremely gentle and simply involves sitting over a pot of herbal steam. Even so, it's important to know the do's and don'ts as more spas are to offering v- steaming services and new DIY at home videos pop up every day.
