Description: 1. Start with the bar on your LEFT Hip with Your LEFT hand UNDER Your Right. Feet are Shoulder width apart with a slight lean backward for a counterbalance. 2. Use Your HIPS to Explosively swing the bar to the left (Keeping Your Arms Straight) to a position 180 degrees behind you. 3. When driving the bar LEFT, your RIGHT foot (And vice versa) should be rotating like squishing a bug, throwing a punch or swinging an Axe. Your power comes from your base and this is where that starts. 4. Your body follows your head, so make sure you are turning it to look at where the bar will finish. 5. Your core should be full of air and braced down just like in a squat so that the movement ONLY comes from your hips and core. If you are using your arms at all, lighten the weight. 6. Control the bar back top starting position โ€” Rinse & Repeat for the desired number of reps before rotating to the other side. 7. MAKE SURE when you are driving the bar to the RIGHT, your RIGHT hand is below your Left. (Whichever Side You are Driving toward should be on the BOTTOM!)
