I recommend it to anyone especially if you are going through a lot of change - I mentioned this in my previous video - how when I am surrounded with so much change in my life I begin to get overwhelmed and anxious. My wavy longer hair often falls in different ways every day and having my hair buzzed adds a level of consistency as I move about my life. Lastly, balding is a fear of mine.
