The response was so good that the same bike returned as the 2022 CRF450RS alongside the standard and RWE versions. The motivation is price; the RS sells for $8599, making it the most affordable bike in the 450 class. This is based on the same bike that was introduced in 2017. It has the older chassis, the twin exhaust system and the cable clutch.This bike demonstrates how far we have come in five years. When the first model of this generation was introduced, we loved it because it was so powerful. Now, we’ve learned that you can go faster with less muscle. We still love riding the Honda, but it’s a demanding bike to race.
