Description: While out with James and Joe about to put the hackney shoes on that they made in a previous video, I spotted Joe finishing off this front foot in an unusual way. Apparently the horse has serious issues with taking it's feet forward, both front and hind. They therefore have had to develop a method to finish them off without taking them forward. Both Joe and James have slightly different techniques but both work well and Joe's Dad Greg who used to shoe these horses may well have had his own method as well.
