Description: Reviewing a HM70R headlamp made by Fenix. Measuring its current draw in its 8 modes and calculating the maximum power. It uses a 21700 sized Li-ion battery (a bit bigger than 18650) which says 5000mAh 3.6V 18Wh (type ARB-L21-5000). I measured the real capacity and energy using my battery analyzer. I also measured the second battery (ARB-L21-5000U) which can be purchased separately and has a USB-C charging port built into it.
