Ingredients 3 chocolate cake sponges of 1 pound each 3 cups of truffle sauce 2/3 cups of chocolate butter icing 1 cup of praline 1 cup of chocolate chips 1 cup of assorted sprinkles or use whatever sprinkles you have Edible gold dust Vodka/oil or evaporex to dilute the gold dust Method Cut each sponge in half and layer each one with truffle sauce , praline and chocochips do a crumb coat and chill for 1/2 an hour / now do the final covering as neatly as possible . Now apply the assorted sprinkles in the centre part of the outside of the cake as shown in the video.Using the help of an icing bag apply a thick layer of butter icing on the top and bottom of the cake. Smooth en it out as shown . you should now be able to see the fault line . Apply the gold dust on the fault line to highlight the fault line. Pipe and decorate the top of the cake as you like.
