Description: This focuses on the sensation of breath by placing both hands on your lower belly to practice a deeper belly breath (diaphragmatic breath) that automatically begins to relax both body and mind. By focusing on the breath, I help you calm any fidgeting, anxiety or urge to move. And you may find that every time you move, there are longer and longer periods of stillness. And every time you open your eyes, it feels easier and easier and to close them and keep them closed. And as your eyes rest closed for longer, your thoughts slow down, as your breathing lengthens and deepens and your body relaxes into calm, until you gently drift off into deep and peaceful sleep. This ends with a few countdowns and reminds you to draw a line between your responsibilities and the responsibilities of others. Remember that if there is anything you need to be aware of, just as your subconscious mind hears every word I say, it hears and pays attention to everything in your environment and will always alert you if needs be.
