Description: How to Make an Epic Party Popper Ignition Smoke Grenade. This project required the use of Pyrotecnics. I have the correct and relevant licences and experience to undertake this Pyrotechnics project. If you are unsure of what regulations you must adhere to, contact a local Airsoft or Paintball association, as well as your local police department, who will be able to give you the relevant laws and regulations for your country/ state for the use of Pyrotechnics. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ATTEMPT TO BUILD ANY PYROTECHNIC DEVICE WITHOUT THE RELEVANT LICENCES, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE. An Airsoft or Paintball supplies/ dealer can supply you with a properly built and tested Smoke Grenade as long as you have the correct licences to own one. Do not use any Pyrotechnic device anywhere other than organised events where the correct permits and controls have been obtained.
