Description: Not only does promoting and hiring unqualified people for PC reasons hurt the so called protected class, it hurts everyone that has to do the job knowing they cannot rely or depend on the incompetent hires. This negligent hiring and retention downgrades standards, lowers morale, creates dissention among others and actually makes it worse for the so called protected CLASS. It cost Taxpayers millions to support this failing system of making people feel good instead of hiring the best most qualified to get the best productivity for the money. The major problem is Gov is NEVER held accountable, they get paid when they fail or do lazy bad job, so it takes 10 incompetents to do the job of ONE qualified person. What a Joke that no will say for fear of being called a name. A sure pathway to FAILURE.
