Description: Eid is never complete without Sheer Khurma and we have yet another unique & Easy Sheer Khurma recipe for you this year. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #OlpersMilk Written Recipe: bit.ly/3y0tllC Serves 5-6 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Olper’s Full Cream Milk 1 Litre -Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs -Chuwaray (Dry dates) boiled & sliced 8-10 -Kaju (Cashew nuts) sliced 2 tbs -Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs -Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs -Kishmish (Raisins) washed 1 tbs -Sugar ½ Cup or to taste -Elaichi ke daane (Cardamom pods) powder ½ tsp -Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs -Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) crushed 40g -Kewra water ½ tsp -Dried rose petals Directions: -In a wok,add milk,bring it to boil & cook for 2-3 minutes until milk thickens. -In frying pan,add clarified butter & let it melt. -Add dry dates and mix well. -Add cashew nuts,almonds,pistachios,raisins,mix well and fry for 2 minutes. -Add fried nuts (reserve for later use),sugar,cardamom pods,mix well and cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes & keep mixing in between. -In frying pan,add clarified butter & let it melt. -Add vermicelli and fry for 2 minutes. -Add fried vermicelli,mix well and cook for 6-8 minutes. -Add kewra water,mix well & cook untuil desired consistency. -Garnish with fried nuts,dried rose petals & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Olper’s Full Cream Milk 1 Litre -Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs -Chuwaray (Dry dates) boiled & sliced 8-10 -Kaju (Cashew nuts) sliced 2 tbs -Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs -Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs -Kishmish (Raisins) washed 1 tbs -Sugar ½ Cup or to taste -Elaichi ke daane (Cardamom pods) powder ½ tsp -Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs -Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) crushed 40g -Kewra water ½ tsp -Dried rose petals Directions: -Karahi mein doodh dal ker ubal lein aur 2-3 minutes kliya garha ho janay tak paka lein. -Frying pan mein desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein. -Chuwaray dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Kaju,badam,pista aur kishmish dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minute kliya fry ker lein. -Fried nuts (reserve for later use),cheeni aur elaichi ka daane dal ker darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein & bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein. -Frying pan mein desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein. -Sawaiyan dal dein aur 2 minute kliya fry ker lein. -Fried sawaiyan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein. -Kerwa water dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur desired consistency anay tak paka lein. -Fried nuts & dried rose petals sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
