For more yummy recipes visit: youtube.com/c/sreenathrecipes facebook.com/SreenathRecipes sreenathrecipes.blogspot.in twitter.com/malluadukkala in.pinterest.com/sreenathrecipes Ingredients Boiled, split eggs – 3 Boiled, peeled & cubed potato – 1 Boiled green peas – ¼ cup Chopped tomato – 2 Chopped onion – 1 Garlic cloves – 3 Ginger – 1 inch piece Green chilli – 1 Turmeric powder – ½ tsp Jeera powder – ½ tsp Red chilli powder – 2 tsp Vinegar – 1 tsp Sugar – ½ tsp Salt – to taste Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp Oil – 3 tbsp Water – 1 cup Process 1. Grind 1 chopped onion,3 garlic cloves,1 inch piece of ginger, 1 green chilli, ½ tsp of turmeric powder, ½ tsp of jeera powder, 2 tsp of red chilli powder and 1 tsp of vinegar 2. Grind this into a fine paste 3. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a thick bottomed pan over medium flame 4. Now add 1 boiled, peeled and cubed potato 5. Fry the potato for 2 minutes and take it out. Keep it aside 6. In the same pan add the masala paste 7. Sauté this for 2-3 minutes 8. Now add 2 chopped tomatoes, ½ tsp of sugar and a little salt 9. Cover it and cook this till the tomatoes turn soft 10. Now add the fried potato and ¼ cup of boiled peas 11. Mix well 12. Cook this for 2-3 minutes 13. Now add 2 tbsp of finely chopped coriander leaves and 1 cup of water 14. When the water starts boiling reduce the flame 15. Now add 3 boiled and split eggs 16. Cook this over low flame till the gravy thickens 17. Now it is ready. Turn off the flame 18. This will go nice with chapati or puri 19. Please try it out and post your feedback
