Here's what you'll need for 2 - 2 pretzel hot dog buns - 2 sausage links - 2 cheese sticks Beer Cheese - 1 cold beer, 1 cup shredded smoked gouda, 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon of yellow and dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder salt and pepper, 2 tablespoons of butter and all purpose flour Fried Onions - 2 cups buttermilk, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder - 1 cup of all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, pinch of salt and pepper - 2 cups of cooking oil - Chopped parsley for garnish
