Description: Okay, the title of this video might be a little confusing, so allow me to elaborate: it's not a sci-fi astronaut thing, it's meditating on the moon as a subject of observation, not as an imaginary vacation destination. (But hey- if you can envision it, why not try that, too?!) In this video, I start with a little show and tell of the newest gemstone jewelry items from my Etsy shop, including a huge sculpture with a crop circle stone, polymer clay and a collection of raw crystals. Then on to the actual subject: while illustrating an abstract drawing page for my upcoming adult colouring book, I share my personal feelings about the Moon, and a few experiences I've been blessed with that involved lunar meditations. I just love listening to other content creators discuss their full moon rituals, how they celebrate solstice and equinox, and since last night's full moon was the guru poornima, it only felt fitting to talk a bit about that.
