Description: How to make a simple aquarium divider for betta fish or other fish using plastic canvas and other common materials from the craft store. As promised, here's a video tutorial showing how I made the aquarium dividers shown in my betta fish video from a few weeks ago. These are SO simple and inexpensive to make! Plus if you're concerned about your fish being able to see one-another through the plastic canvas, you can even use a double layer (offset the layers so they can't see through). If you do that, I would recommend using a sponge filter in each section of the divided tank because that will cut down on water flow between sections quite a bit. Make sure your dividers go all the way up to tank lid too, because bettas are really good jumpers!
