One of the finalists of the prestigious Kishida Kunio Drama Award, the play takes an unusual turn when the head chef’s wife asks her husband’s mistress to take the place of their missing house cat. Jordana De La Cruz, Co-Director of the OBIE Award-winning performance venue JACK in Brooklyn, directs this absurd sojourn into the private lives of the restaurant’s employees. Playwright Matsumura joins in a post-show Q&A with the audience and director. All audience members must show proof of vaccination at Will Call. Audience seating will be on the auditorium stage with an approximate capacity of 60 people.
