In this episode Graeme goes off to Royal Berks Fishery with a tackle challenge to see which is the best method for getting a bit or rod bending action during the colder months. It’s just a regular day ticket water, and he opts for a float fished close in to the margins, and a swimfeeder on a quivertip rod cast out to the point of an island. At first the bites are hard to come by, but eventually he builds up a catch using red maggots on the hook and plain groundbait in the swimfeeder.
