This sound symbolically embodies the divine healing energy, or Shakti, and its 3 main aspects: creation, preservation, and liberation. Om represents a direct path to experiencing the depth of reality and consciousness itself. NAMAH (नम) - "I salute" or "to bow" - means bowing to the divine. SHIVAYA (शिवाय) - Lord Shiva So the Shiv mantra can be translated as prayer to Lord Shiva = "Glory to Shiva (Good Lord)" ● ▬ ☸ The purpose of the #ShivaMantra Although it has a direct translation - the Worship of Good, its main meaning lies not in words, but in the sounds of its components, which, in turn, are associated with the five primary elements (earth, water, fire, air and akasha) and the hypostasis of Shiva - Panchamukha or Panchanana ([Possessing] Five faces) Om Namah Sivaya is Mahamantra, an appeal to Shiva. Om Namah Sivaya is one of the main Vedic and Tantric mantras. Its literal translation means "the worship of the Good (Shiva)" and it is called the five-syllable mantra. The constant repetition of the name of God unites our consciousness with the consciousness of God. This is one of the highest practices of vitality and wisdom. The five-syllable mantra of Shiva is a gross pranava, i.e. more developed syllable "OM". One can achieve all the yogic perfections (siddhi) and Absolute Wisdom with the help of japa (repetition) of the five-syllable mantra. ” The repetition of Shiv mantra erases dust from the mirror of the mind: anger, greed, envy, jealousy, fear, despair. Just as soap cleanses the fabric of impurities, so the mantra is a spiritual soap that cleanses the mind. Just as fire purifies gold from impurities, so the mantra frees the mind from all impurities. Om Namah Sivaya has destructive properties, produces a powerful mental cleansing of negative energy-information programs. The practice of reading mantras requires special training. But even uninitiated people can acquire great opportunities and help from mantras. The real power of the mantra gradually manifests itself with its repeated and attentive repetition, realizing the hidden meaning of the syllables and its inner meaning, as well as having a certain spiritual attitude (bhava). The indiscriminate recitation in a state of a scattered mind is like the muttering of a parrot and will lead nowhere. Each syllable of the maha-mantra “OM NAMAH SHIVAYA” corresponds to one of the spiritual worlds (dimensions of being), therefore, through the repetition of the mantra, the yogi can reach any state of consciousness and any plane of existence in the universe. At the level of the subtle energy body (pranamaya kosh), each syllable of the mahamantra corresponds to one of the chakras: OM - AJNA CHAKRA NA - MULADHARA CHAKRA MAH - SWADKHISTANA CHAKRA SHI - MANIPURA CHAKRA VA - ANAHATA CHAKRA YA - VISHUDDHA CHAKRA ● ▬ ☸ CHANT OR JUST LISTEN? #mantra came from India, it' a special set of sacred sounds that creates a resonance affects on our energy. So of course no matter to listen to the mantra or chant it, but effect will be better if mentally repeat the text thus the blissful inner state will be achieved sooner NUMBER of REPEATS: Take a course for 1 month: According to hindu rituals repeats should be multiple of 9 (as usual - 108 times will be great), BUT MOST IMPORTANT – listen 3 times a day, doesn't matter how many times TIME: Best effect will be if you listen 3 times a day – morning, afternoon & evening (before bedtime) PHYSICAL CONDITION: be calm & relax your body so the energy of the sound will have the maximum effect ● ▬ ☸ All lists of mantras to chant daily for enlightenment ❤ LOVE - goo.gl/8YsA1F ☼ ALL BAD REMOVING - goo.gl/uKbrX4 $$$ MONEY - goo.gl/aXGFQC ☸ SHIVA manras - goo.gl/oLr8Gb ☯ HEALING - goo.gl/jTMhcj ॐ All in 1 - goo.gl/bAmJpU
