Description: SUBSCRIBE HERE: youtube.com/inthekitchenwithjonnyj Rich and delicious chocolate muffin recipe, super moist chocolate muffins Instagram: instagram.com/kaanell0 Ingredients: 1-3/4 cups all purpose flour 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 tsp of salt 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 8 Tbsp of butter, melted 1 cup of butter milk 2 large eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract 1-1/4 cup of white granulated sugar 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda and baking powder until well mixed. 2. In a large jug or bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, buttermilk, sugar and vanilla extract. 3. To the dry ingredients add the buttermilk mixture Using a rubber spatula , a whisk or wooden spoon, mix until until well combined and there’s no lumps. Fold in chocolate chips. 4. Using an ice cream scoop or 2 spoons, fill the muffin cups 3/4 of the way, top with more chocolate chips. Bake for 23-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. 5. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes then remove and allow to cool completely. NOTE: for regular size muffins bake for 15-18 minutes
