Dean's Dip Coupon: bit.ly/DeansDipJEL |RECIPE| 1 ripe avocado ½ cup cooked shredded chicken ¼ cup Dean’s Bacon Ranch Dip 1 tbsp pecans, toasted and chopped 1 tbsp scallions, thinly sliced 1 tbsp cooked crumbled bacon Lemon Tortilla chips Dean’s Cheddar Bacon Dip Steps: Halve the avocado and scoop out less than ⅓ from each half and place in a bowl. Lightly brush with olive oil and grill on the cut side. Remove once charred, squeeze some lemon juice and set aside. In the bowl mix in chicken, pecans, scallions, and Dean’s Bacon Ranch Dip. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stuff the grilled avocado halves and top with bacon crumbles.
