Unsalted Butter, softened 2 large Eggs 2 x 7g Fast Acting Yeast 10g Salt (1.5 tsp.) 150ml Warm milk (1/2 cup) 2 -4 tbsp. Warm Water 1/2 tsp. Turmeric Powder (optional) For the Filling: 1/2 kg. Chicken Breast, cubed 1/2 cup Water 1/2 pc. Onion, finely chopped 4 cloves Garlic, minced 1/4 tsp. Cummin Powder 1/4 tsp. Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp. Turmeric Powder 1/2 tbsp. Curry Powder Salt and Pepper to taste Oil for sautéing 1 tbsp. Corn starch dissolved in 2 tbsp.
