Description: WARNING: Not for the purist Italians! hahaha As I'm not a big fan of beef mince, I've been playing with this recipe for ages, it's a great form of protein with using an alternative, yep chicken breast mince. It's so good, packed full of flavour and for me, a lot nicer texture.
