Description: Ingredients: Flour (Maida) - 3 Cups (160 gmsx3)) Powdered Sugar - 6 to 8 tbspns Vanilla Essence - 3 tspns Water / milk - 200ml (1cup water) White Vinegar or fresh lemon juice - 6 tspns Condensed Milk - 600ml Soft Butter - 300 gms Baking Soda - 3 tspns tspns Baking Powder - 3 tspns Cocoa powder - 4 to 5 tablespoons Ganache ingredients Chopped Chocolate ( I used compound you can use couverture ) 4 cups about 450 gms Cream 12 tablespoons ( you can use any cream I used Amul cream ) Butter afew tablespoons ( optional) For layering the tiers Any jam Or Truffle Important Tip Make sure the batter is stiffer than normal. When you are piping the batter into the tin make sure ur hand stays at the same height and you are pressing with the same pressure.
