Baking instructions: First, prepare the filling. In a medium bowl, stir all of the filling ingredients together, with a spatula or spoon. Stir until the mixture forms a very firm dough. Roll into small balls, and form these around the top of cake-pop sticks. Place on a tray lined with baking paper. Chill in the fridge whist you prepare the coating. Coating: In a bowl rested over a bain-marie, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together, until mixed and liquified. Protip: you can dip the end of the sticks in chocolate so the balls stick to the sticks better. Decorating: Dip the end of a stick into the melted white chocolate and spear one peanut butter ball with the choc-coated end. Dip the speared ball into the melted chocolate, and roll around to coat well. Repeat this with all the balls and chill for 30 mins. Use icing to decorate like monsters! These will keep in the fridge for a week.
