Description: In this Photoshop tutorial, we'll see how to create a cool Random Chaotic Lines Photo Effect using Adobe Photoshop CC 2020, to achieve this photo effect we'll start by creating 6 lines brushes and then we'll use them in a cool way to apply them on any of our images using the smart object feature, this effect might look a little bit tricky at first, but it's actually really easy to do, so by following this tutorial you'll be able to easily recreate a cool chaotic line effect by your own.
