For more yummy recipes visit: youtube.com/c/sreenathrecipes facebook.com/SreenathRecipes sreenathrecipes.blogspot.in twitter.com/malluadukkala in.pinterest.com/sreenathrecipes Ingredients Cauliflower florets – 1½ cups Cooked rice – 5 cups Finely chopped garlic – 1 tbsp Finely chopped ginger – 1 tbsp Finely chopped onion – ¼ cup Finely chopped beans – 2 tbsp Finely chopped carrot – 3 tbsp Finely chopped capsicum – 2 tbsp Thinly sliced cabbage – ¼ cup Chilli garlic sauce – 3 tsp Soy sauce – 1 tbsp Vinegar – 1 tbsp Pepper powder – ½ tsp Salt – to taste Finly chopped spring onion greens – 3 tbsp Gram flour – ¼ cup Red chilli powder – 3 tsp Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp Oil – to deep fry Process 1. Take 1½ cups of cauliflower florets in a mixing bowl 2. Add 3 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, ¼ tsp of turmeric powder and a little salt 3. Mix well and keep aside 4. Now take ¼ cup of gram flour/besan in a mixing bowl 5. Add a little salt 6. Add water little by little and and mix well. Bring it into a semi thick consistency 7. Now add the batter into the cauliflower florets 8. Mix well 9. Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan over high flame and deep fry the cauliflower florets 10. When it turns crispy take it out 11. Keep it aside 12. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a thick bottomed pan over high flame 13. Now add 1 tbsp of finely chopped garlic and 1 tbsp of finely chopped ginger 14. Stir continuously and add ¼ cup of finely chopped onion 15. Sauté this for a few seconds and add 2 tbsp of finely chopped beans 16. 3 tbsp of finely chopped carrot 17. ¼ cup of thinly sliced cabbage and 2 tbsp of finely chopped capsicum 18. Sauté this for sometime and add 3 tsp of chilli garlic sauce, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, ½ tsp of pepper powder and a little salt 19. Sauté this for a few seconds and add the fried cauliflower florets 20. Stir well and add 5 cups of cooked rice (basmati rice) 21. Stir well 22. Add 3 tbsp of finely chopped spring onion greens and 1 tbsp of vinegar 23. Mix well and turn off the flame 24.
