Description: This is a different chutney for dosa or idli. Stir fried capsicum, onion, garlic, green chilli and tomatoes make this different from the regular chutney. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a thick bottomed pan over medium flame 2. Now add 2 chopped capsicum 3. Sauté this for 5 minutes 4. Now take it out and keep it aside 5. Heat 2 tsp of oil in the same pan 6. Now add 5 garlic cloves and 5 green chillies 7. Sauté this for some time 8. Now add 3 thinly sliced onions and a little salt 9. Sauté this till it turns translucent 10. Now add 3 chopped tomatoes 11. Mix well and cook this till the tomatoes become soft 12. Now add the capsicum 13. Mix well and turn off the flame 14. Allow it to cool and grind it in a blender 15. Now heat 2 tsp of oil in the same pan 16. Add 1 tsp of mustard seeds 17. When it splutters add 1 red chilli and 1 sprig of curry leaves 18. Now add the chutney 19. Mix well and turn off the flame 20.
