Description: Calzone Pockets cannot be made easier. This recipe is bread calzone with pizza filling and absolute delight to have it. So easy.. So quick that it can be easily made for breakfast or as evening snack. Also the most important advantage is it is made with all the ingredients which are easily available and you can modify and put anything and everything as pizza filling. Ingredients : - Bread ( White/ Brown/ Multi grain ) - Pizza Sauce (1/2 Tbsp) (amzn.to/2ohxaOm) - Mozzarella cheese (2 Tbsp) (goo.gl/Uycunu) - Bell Peppers (1/2 Tbsp) - Jalapeno ( optional ) (amzn.to/2MYmz5H) - Chilly flakes (amzn.to/2t2cRHw) - Oregano (amzn.to/2KqTWvH) - Glue - Flour + Water mix - Oil to deep fry Garnishing : - Parmesan (amzn.to/2NwmpSZ) - Parsley Procedure : - Cut the edges of the bread - Roll it - Apply pizza sauce (leaving the sides - Put Mozzarella cheese as much as you like - Bell Peppers (1/2 Tbsp) - Jalapeno - Sprinkle Chilli flakes - Sprinkle Oregano - Make a paste of all purpose flour and water - Apply the paste/ glue on the edges - Fold one side - Seal it properly - Sealing it properly is the essential step otherwise the cheese will ooze out while frying and the oil will get ruined - Deep fry the calzones in medium hot oil - If you want to bake, pre heat oven at 180C and bake it for 10 - 15 min - Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese and parsley ( This is optional ) - Serve it with ketchup/ chilli sauce - Enjoy ...
