Description: Trying something a little new and different today. This is a project that I originally said "no" to a couple years ago, but recently piqued my interest so I decided to take on the challenge. A long time viewer has been asking me for a couple years to build him a Mark Sandman (of the band Morphine) tribute bass, which is a custom two string bass meant to be played with a slide like a lap steel guitar. It's a very interesting idea, and after watching some videos of Mark playing his bass with Morphine, I decided it was cool enough to tackle. This is the story of me building this bass, I'm very happy with how it's coming along so far, stay tuned to see it finished!
