This workout is great for anyone that is trying to make some improvements. This workout can be done 1-2 times a week. Here is the full workout for you to try Wednesday’s Workout Legs & Abs & Cardio 1a) Leg Extensions 3 sets x 10 reps ***SUPER-SET*** 1b) Leg Curls 3 sets x 10 reps (Perform these 2 exercises back to back and then rest 1-2 minutes) 2) Barbell Squats 6 Total Sets x 2 x 6 @ 365lbs, 2x8 @ 315lbs, 2 x 10 @ 275lbs) (Go as heavy as you can on your first 2 sets and then lighten the weight up for your last four sets. Rest 2-3 minutes after every set) 3) Leg Press 3 sets x 10 reps & 3rd set is a drop set x 8-10 reps (Rest 2 minutes) 4) Dumbbell Pause Lunges 3 sets x 8-10 reps (Pause at the bottom of every rep for 1 second. Rest 2 minutes) 5) Barbell Stiff Leg Deadlifts 3 sets x 8-10 reps (Rest 2 minutes) 6) Smith Machine Calf Raises 5 sets x 15 reps & 4th & 5th sets are drop sets!!! (Rest 1-2 minutes after every set)
